We all enjoy spending time on the toilet doing things other than the obvious, like going # 1 or # 2. Whether you escape to the bathroom to be alone for a well deserve “me-time”, or to care for a kid or loved one, allow Potty Pillow to make that moment even more special. Do you need some comfort and support in the toilet due to back pains or injuries, then Potty Pillow to instantly turn your potty into a relaxing spa-like experience so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a more comfortable and enjoyable bathroom experience.
We developed Potty Pillow with the goal of ease of use in mind, and having it attach and stay on the toilet was important. With that, we included a slip-on/slip-off feature in the form of a kangaroo pouch that makes it easy to slip-on and slip-off. We also included a storage pouch for those moment when you want to store or take it with you.
There are three (3) ways to use the Potty Pillow.
Number 1: Place on the inside of the toilet lid for optimal lumbar support as you “do your business” whatever that is for you. You do this by simply slipping on the product on the toilet lid in a forward-facing position.
Number 2: Simply reverse the cushion and use on the top of the lid of a closed toilet as a soft, cushioned seat for your bum. This also allows for closure of the toilet lid.
Number 3: Used as a knee pillow as you care for the little ones
Our first and most important priority when developing this product was to ensure that is easy to clean, and we meant it. We knew we just wouldn’t have it any other way, so we made sure of that with the following:
- Potty Pillow is made of antimicrobial materials – It repels and reduces the presence of microbes (e.g., bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, and odor). These are important because, you know, bathroom.
- Made of water resistant materials: Liquid of any kind will not penetrate the surface. Spills or urine just doesn’t stand a chance
- Our antimicrobial and water-resistance properties make cleaning a breeze. Simply spray or wipe with your favorite cleaning product to maintain a clean and fresh Potty Pillow.
Covers can also be hand wash with soap, water, and air dried
Potty Pillow was designed to fit all standard oval, oblong and round toilet seat lids. The fit is in the pouch! Our rear kangaroo pouch, which makes it easy to attach and stay on the toilet lid, measures 12 inches wide with a depth of 1.18 inches. Our pouch also includes an Electra elastic that stretches and expands to fit most toilet lids.
Please note that Potty Pillow Classic does not fit toilets with unusual square shaped toilet lid.

Backordered/Pre-Order Items:
If a product is out of stock temporarily at the time an order is placed, you will be notified of an estimated product availability and shipping date. We are doing everything we can and will mail out backordered products immediately as they become available.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products and know that you will be pleased with your purchase. Due to the nature of our product, we do not currently accept returns and exchanges after the product has been used. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the product, please return product in the original condition, unused for a full refund.
*Important*: You must email us in advance at hello@pottypillow.com with your name and order number so that we can initiate your return and provide you with a return code before mailing your product.
Please mail all returns to the address listed below via tracked postage so that it is delivered at our facility within 10 calendar days from the date delivered to you. All orders received after this time will be returned to sender. Please note that return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Packages will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Potty Pillow will not be responsible for loss packages or packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because the customer wasn't able to receive it, either because they were unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the costs for reshipment back to the customer.

***** Please note that we may periodically run Pre-Order Campaigns throughout the year. For such Pre-Order Campaigns, there will be a banner on our website notifying you of an active pre-order campaign, so the product may not necessarily be listed as Pre-Order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
