We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products and know you will be pleased with your purchase. Due to the nature of our product, we do not currently accept returns and exchanges after the product has been opened or used. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the product, please return the product in the original condition, unused and unopened, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please mail all returns to the address listed below via tracked postage so that it is delivered at our facility within 10 calendar days from the date delivered to you. All orders received after this time will be returned to the sender. Please note that return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item so that we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
