Shipping policy
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed, so please double-check to ensure you entered the correct shipping address.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days after processing and another 3-5 business days for shipping. Due to the current logistics environment, it is possible that we may experience some delays in getting your product to you. Packages will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Potty Pillow will not be responsible for lost packages or packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because the customer wasn't able to receive it either because they were unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the costs for reshipment back to the customer.

Backordered Items:
If a product is out of stock temporarily at the time an order is placed, you will be notified of an estimated product availability and shipping date. We are doing everything we can and will mail back ordered products immediately as they become available.
Pre-ordered Items:
If a product is listed as Pre-Order at the time an order is placed, you will be notified of an estimated product availability and shipping date. We are doing everything we can and will mail out pre-ordered products immediately as they become available.
